The Pro Asilo Committee Association ODV - ETS
The Barasso Pro Asilo Committee Association was founded as a non-profit organization with the legal form of a voluntary organization and with the aim of supporting the Asylum Organization with volunteers and fundraising.
The Association was founded in 2022, formalizing the work of a group of people who have been organizing fundraising events and campaigns for the Asylum Organization for over 50 years.

The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors exercises planning, direction and control functions.
The Board is responsible for verifying the consistency of the Supervisory Body's management activities and for defining the strategic guidelines for the activity and the related plans and programs in advance.
It is composed of 5 members and the term of office is three years from the date of installation.
The current members of the Board of Directors for the three-year period 2025-2028 are:

– Donating 5×1000 doesn’t cost me anything, right?
True! The 5×1000 is a fraction of your personal income tax (IRPEF). It's absolutely not an additional expense. If you decide not to allocate the 5×1000 to anyone, that portion of your personal income tax will still be paid to the state.
– I already donate 8×1000: can I choose to donate 5×1000 as well?
Yes, because these are two very distinct and non-alternative actions.
– Can I deduct 5×1000 from my taxes?
No. The 5×1000 is not a donation and therefore does not generate the tax benefits established by law for charitable donations (TUIR).
Donations
Donations made in favor of the Comitato Pro Asilo deductible from taxable income or eligible for tax credit:
FOR INDIVIDUALS

Tax credit: 35% of the donated amount, up to a maximum donation of €30,000;
or -
Tax deduction: up to 10% of the declared total income, regardless of the donation amount.
If the deduction exceeds the declared total income, reduced by all other deductions, the excess may be carried forward to subsequent years, up to the fourth year, until fully used.
FOR LEGAL ENTITIES (Companies and Organizations)
For donations made by companies and organizations, only the tax deduction option is available, within the same limit of 10% of declared total income as for individuals. The same rule applies concerning the possibility of carrying forward any excess deduction to subsequent years, up to the fourth year, until fully used.
Donations may be made by any means of payment, except for cash donations.
