Former art. 58 of Legislative Decree 73/2021 converted into Law.
106 of 23.7.2021 published in Official Journal 176 of 24 July 2021 provides that:

Paragraph 5
The resources referred to in this paragraph are provided on condition that, within one month from the date of
entry into force of the law converting this decree, the private schools referred to in the first
period they publish on their website:
a) the internal organization, with particular reference to the articulation of the offices and
to the organizational chart;
b) information relating to holders of collaboration or consultancy assignments, including
details of the assignment deed, the curriculum vitae and the compensation paid
c) the annual staff account and related expenses incurred, with particular reference to the data
relating to the staffing and personnel actually in service and the related costs, as well as
absence rates;
d) data relating to personnel employed under a non-permanent employment contract;
e) the documents and attachments of the budget and the financial statement;
f) information relating to real estate and property management documents.
Paragraph 5-bis
Failure to comply with the obligations set out in the fourth period of paragraph 5 will result in the
revocation of the contribution referred to in the same paragraph 5.”

In 2021, the School does not have any collaboration/consultancy agreements with individuals specifically related to school activities.

The legislation to which the management of the School is subject does not require the approval of the Budget.
Information relating to real estate and property management documents
The School owns the building as it was built by the Management Body itself in 1907 on land owned by virtue of a deed of donation of 1905.
