INPS Nursery Bonus for Spring Section

Our Spring Section, having received approval from the Municipality of Barasso to open, can benefit from the INPS Nursery Bonus.

INPS, with its own Circular no. 60 of 20 March 2025, published the operating rules regarding the 2025 Nursery School Bonus and, starting from 2 April 2025 ( Message no. 1014/2025 ), applications for reimbursement of fees paid by families will be opened.

The basic reimbursement amount for the Nursery Bonus is equal to a contribution based on the family's ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator), with the amount varying depending on the annual certification threshold:

3,000 euros per year with an ISEE of up to 25,000 euros, equal to 272.70 euros per month (for 11 monthly payments);
€2,500 per year with an ISEE of up to €40,000, equivalent to €227.20 per month;
€1,500 per year with an ISEE of over €40,000, equivalent to €136.30 per month.

According to the 2025 Budget Law, the maximum amount is accessible to all families with children up to three years old, regardless of family composition.

To access the bonus, the 2025 Budget Law provides that the Single Allowance amount will no longer be considered in the ISEE calculation, thus ensuring greater fairness for families (the separation is managed internally by INPS).

Parents of children under three years old who meet the following requirements can apply for the bonus: Italian or EU citizenship, or a long-term residence permit for non-EU citizens; and residency in Italy.

The application can also be submitted by the custodial parent or guardian of the minor and must be accompanied by the necessary documentation, such as a copy of the residence permit for non-EU citizens. The service can be accessed on the portal www.inps.it ( "Nursery school bonus and forms of support at home" ).

The application and access procedures remain unchanged: families can submit their application through the INPS portal or through the local social assistance agencies. It is necessary to select the type of contribution requested (nursery) and attach documentation proving payment of fees or the need for home care.

The parent requesting nursery school funding must specify the number of months of attendance between January and December, up to a maximum of 11 months.

The contribution is paid monthly, provided the requesting parent has paid the fee, and will be paid until the annual maximum limit is reached. The IBAN used by INPS will be the one already in the database, but a new one can be specified when applying.
